Sauce Recruitment was born out of a passion for bringing people together. I am a matchmaker at heart and a promoter by nature.  When I believe in something, I will promote it with enthusiasm.  Our goal is to add value to the insurance industry by connecting strong talent with their best employer match.

As the founder of Sauce Recruitment Corp. promoting and developing our company is a personal goal and achievement.  After having spent over a decade in the insurance industry, I recognized that there is a wide range of talent and opportunity in our industry.  There is opportunity for success for all skill sets and background in the insurance industry.  Sometimes people just need a bit of guidance or re-direction in finding that right connection, whether it be the right employer or the right role.  Sauce Recruitment is building our presence slowly and we will focus on maintaining a strong reputation for doing the right thing.

I am not a researcher.  I don’t spend time reading endless books on how to succeed.  I am intuitive when it comes to human nature and I love listening to people and helping them find out the right answer – their right answer.  Simply put, I believe in knowing what feels right, within you, and acting accordingly.  We don’t all value the same things.  We will support your values and introduce some new considerations along the way.  This goes for clients and candidates alike.  We need to listen to ourselves and follow our instincts to get to a result that feels right.
